I am trying to: Hello, good morning, I have a problem with access to forms created with CRED for visits.
I create a form (fig.11)
I access the toolset frontend post forms (fig: 12)
For visits (fig: 13)
Store (fig: 14)
I reload the page to verify that you have saved it but it does not save it, but it does not. (fig: 15)
I disable the administration of access for pages (fig: 16)
and for forms (fig: 17)
and I verify that the page is not managed by any group. (fig: 18)
I check that with administrator access works perfectly. (fig: 19)
But on an incognito page, as a visitor, you do not have permission. (fig: 20)
This has happened to me with two different formunlarios.
How can i fix it?

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: See the form

Instead, I got: Permission denied

Hi Pedro,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you try disabling all the non-toolset plugins and then try setting up the settings again ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi shane, I have disabled all plugins except toolset and the same thing is still happening.
I will try to upload a new copy of toolset forms an access from the desktop in case the version I have is not well updated

I installed an old backup. I'll tell you if it works without updating the toolset plugins and I'll tell you how it works.

now if it works, there is a problem with the new toolset version

Hi Pedro,

Do you have an update for me regarding this ?

Please let me know if installing an older version works.

Thanks,
Shane
