The other CPTs are working fine and outputting the data, but the providers type causes a fatal error
Not sure if it's a theme issue or types, but all the other views/CPTs work.

The error message comes from the child theme.
Could you first please switch to the Divi parent theme and see if you still see the error?
Also, the provider post type, it is not registered with Types, what is responsible for creating it?

The CPTs are created manually (existed before types). I can't deactivate the child theme as it will remove the CPTs that have been created.
The others all work fine, it's just the provider CPT.
