[Resolved] Partial load of a relationship between types

This support ticket is created 6 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Hi, I have a problem. I have created a relationship between the type "Associated Dispatches" and "Clients". When a form loads all the names of the relationship, it only loads half of the names of "associated dispatch" instead of loading them all. What I can be doing wrong?

I have already updated to the latest version of the plugin of types and loading only half of the post list to create the relationship.
In addition the drop-down is very small and although I change it with css it comes out small again
I am waiting for your answer

Hi Pedro,

I took a look at it and it seems that none of you relationships are loading.

Could you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again ?

I have done what you have told me and everything remains the same. I have activated the plugins again because I need them, this web page is active.
Also as I saw that only loaded the first 10 related posts, I changed the date of one that did not come out to place it in the first place and see if it loaded the first ten and this time appeared the one that I just changed, but no. The same 10 as before continue to appear.
I have also checked the accesses of all and all have the same access privileges
How can i fix it?

Hi Pedro,

I would need a copy of your site to do some testing to see if its an actual bug so that we can submit to our developers.

Would you mind installing the duplicator plugin and creating a backup of the site for me ?

Secondly if you manually search for the post in the field does it show up ?

I have already made a copy of the web with duplicator.
And effectively in any view appear all the "associated department" porst, works perfectly. It just does not work when you load the relations in the forms, both in "Customers" and in "Budgets".
I will not make any changes and I authorize you to make the changes that are necessary to improve it.

Hi Pedro,

I tried to access the backend to download the duplicator package but I wasn't able to gain access. I mean i'm able to log in and see the form but when I want to go to the admin section i'm not able to .

Also could you let me know when did this issue started to happen ? I need as much information as possible to understand whether this might be a bug or not. Also did you try remaking the form ?

I have verified that you have access as administrator, I do not know why you can not enter. It is possible that you did not find the copy with duplicator because I had done it wrong. I did not remember how the copies were made with this plugin.
If you still have problems tell me and I see what happens.
To give you more information, it has started to work badly since the plugin has been updated. Since the new relationships appear for the first time.
The publications work well, you can see all the publications made with "views" in the total list,

Whenever I click on the link to go to the wordpress backend I keep getting redirected to this page here hidden link

Not sure why but there could be a plugin that is causing a redirect.

Hi, Shane is unavailable for a few days so I am reviewing his outstanding tickets. I am able to log in, but I am unable to download the Duplicator package. Like Shane said, this download link redirects me to the homepage:

This could be because there is a redirect plugin in use, or because you have some settings in your .htaccess file that prevent access to these files, or because the server has directory permissions set up that prevent access to these files. I tried logging in using the FTP information you provided earlier, but I was unable to log in to download the files with FTP.

So at this point, I need your assistance. I need to be able to download the archive file at the link above, or I need to be able to log in with FTP so I can download it myself. I will activate private fields here in case you need to supply different login credentials for FTP.

Sorry but this doesn't seem right either, the "server" and "folder" information aren't formatted correctly. The server should not have a username or @ symbol, and the "folder" should not be a full URL with the ftp:// part - only the site root directory path relative to the FTP login directory.

No luck. After importing this config into my site manager I'm still getting this error:

Status:      	Resolving address of daascompliance.es
Status:      	Connecting to 178.33.167.86:21...

Is it possible there is an IP-based restriction for FTP logins or some other security feature in place on your server that could be preventing my login? If not, do you have anything in your hosts file that maps either of these domains to an IP?
