Hi there - I have an Ajax parametric search on a View. When I do a search, the URL of the result turns out like this:

hidden link

See the wp-admin reference? It does this even in incognito window.

If I use my Chrome back and forward buttons, I get a blank page with a "0" on it. I've not seen this with any other site I've done with a search.

Thoughts?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - this is strange. In order to minimize the cause of the issue:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Is this happening with one site only?

What if you try to update the PHP version to 7.x.x? Does that help? or try to save your permalinks again.

Hi Minesh - I have changed the theme to a default theme, deactivated all plugins, and reset my permalinks and continue to have this issue.

I have not upgraded to php7.

Yes, this is the only site where I have this problem.

This is a very time sensitive issue - site launch is pending getting this resolved. Any additional insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Ahh - what if you try to create fresh view - do you get same problem with fresh view?

What if you try to migrate same site to another server - do you see the issue?

Here is another view on the site that works fine: hidden link

I can't really migrate to another server and I don't think that makes sense anyway. All my sites are on the same server and all my Views work everywhere except this one View.

I've duplicated the View and have the same problem.

Really need a bit more focused help, please. Site launch is waiting....

Is it possible for you to setup test site for us or send me duplicator copy of your current setup that will help me to debug this issue further.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - the wp-admin access details you sent to me is not working at this end.

Could you please send me working wp-admin access details and here is the complete guide how you can send me duplicator copy of your site:

I checked on your staging site and I see that you've placed the "Search" button before the filters and that's the cause of the issue.

I've placed the "Search" button after the filters and I can see the search is working fine and page URL remains same.

Could you please check and confirm:
