Tell us what you are trying to do?
Since adding a new toolset-powered content type to our site, we've noticed that paragraph tags are no longer being added in the the classic editor which we use very often.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi Roger,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Were there any changes made to the site such as a new plugin install?

This could be why your paragraphs are not showing up as per usual.

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Roger,

Thanks for the response.

Would you mind allowing em to have admin access to the site so that I can run a check to see what is happening here?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Roger,

This should be working now.

It should be noted that our Toolset plugins doesn't disable the auto paragraphs, as this could be from another plugin.

What I did was to create a content template for the post body and wrap it in our auto paragraph shortcode and then load that content template inside your original post template.

Please have a look at this and let me know if this is ok now.

Thanks,
Shane

about author section in blog template.jpg

Hi Shane. This appears to have corrected the issue. Thanks. I do have a related follow-up question. We found a toolset developer via your website who did the toolset work on our site. There's a minor fix I'd like to ask him to make, but he has just left on a 6-week honeymoon/vacation. Can you recommend someone else I could contact who is available for WP/Toolset development work on an hourly basis?

The issue, in case you're curious, concerns an "about the author" section that appears at the bottom of the Toolset-powered content type. The section appears as it should on toolset posts, but the developer changed our normal blog template so the section also appears as an empty section at the bottom of other non-Toolset blog posts. You can see an example here: hidden link That section should only appear on Toolset posts where there is author data to fill out that section. For regular blog posts, that section should not appear.

Hi Roger,

Happy I was able to help.

Regarding the author section. This can be resolved by not selecting a post template when you are creating a post. See Screenshot

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
