Hi there,
On this page hidden link

The pagination controls are still showing when I filter the view using the categories and it only returns few items. (use Interviews, Reports or Webinars).

This can be confusing to the end user. How can I prevent this and make more intelligent, ie none if less than 10 items, 1 & 2 between 10-20 items and so on?
Thanks,
Phil

Hello Phil and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

It seems that you are putting the pagination shortcode inside of the "Loop Editor" instead of the "Search and Pagination" section, right? Can you verify that?
If that's the case, move the pagination to the "Search and Pagination" section and update the archive then test again.

If this does not help, please allow me temporary access to your backend to check the archive template closely. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Thanks Jamal that was an easy fix and it is working properly.

This has now moved the pagination within the filtered area at the top of the page. Any chance of having this at the bottom of the page, seems more logical to me?

Awesome! I am glad I could be of help.

Currently, there is no easy way to separate the pagination for the filter section. But we can work around it with some custom Javascript code. Please check the solution that I have suggested in this similar ticket https://toolset.com/forums/topic/pagination-items-styles-are-not-updating-when-going-through-pages/#post-1782555

Let me know if you encounter issues implementing it. In that case, please allow me temporary access to your backend to check this closely. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Thanks Jamal, I have applied the code from the other ticket and now my pagination is at the bottom of the loop. It is working fine!

Great support!
