I have a view with a Bootstrap pager with dots, with pagination with automatic transition enabled. On first load the first li is assigned the classes wpv_page_current, wpv-pagination-nav-links-item-current and active-dot—but as the items cycle through, the classes on the pager don't change, so the first item always appears to be the active one, even when it's not. Any ideas?

First of all, based on the debug information you shared I find that you are using the outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:

Alternatively, You can install/update Toolset pluigins using the installer plugin:

After you update ALL Toolset plugins to latest release, Do you see it working? If no:
- Can you please share problem URL where I can see the issue as well as admin access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
