When I click "Next" it advances once, then fails to advance any more times. I am able to advance (or return to previous page) by editing the URL. But the buttons do not work.
I am not experiencing this issue with the 3 other Views I have set up on my site:

The problem there seems that the ?wpv_view_count=5829&wpv_paged=2 does not update the number of page if you press next.
It does if you manually reload the page, press next, reload the page, etc.
I was not able to replicate that locally with a view using AJAX and hiding the URL parameters.
It hence should be due to some custom code or theme or plugin that interferes, or a specific setting I am not yet aware of.
Can you try to replicate this on the staging site if any, and disable all Plugins but Toolset + activate a theme like Twenty Seventeen?
