I have Pagination displayed at the top and bottom of the loop. We would like it to only show at the bottom. I don't see how to control this under views (not blocks).

Well - I need to review how the view is setup and from where the extra pagination is added.
Can you please share admin access details and what view you are using.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
