[Resolved] Pages after page 1 not displayed

I am trying to: display pages after the 1st page useing a view with pagination but they are not displayed (not always... seems a random problem)

I expected to see: the correct pagination (sometimes it happens, sometimes not)

Instead, I got: I see the second page with "no items found" , but there are 32 items there paginated with 12 items per page

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugin and try again ?

Hi Shane,
no problem for disabling all plugins but since the site is online it would be a bit difficult to achieve that because the people will see a site that is broken...
Aside from that action the problem is that the pagination sometimes works and sometimes not. We thought iw is why we use AJAX refresh and maybe the content of page2 are not yet loaded. Is there a way to create a pagination without refreshing the same page with ajax and send the user to another page that can load separately?

Unfortunately no the pagination can't be send to another page for the view.

What I can do since its a live site is to setup a duplicator package locally with your website.

Could you follow the instructions below and provide me with the duplicator package.

Hi Shane,
unfortunately the complete site (including all images) weights more than 260GB and I think the duplicator package will be really huge...
Is there another way to guess why agination doesn't work?

Hi Franco,

Would you mind providing me with access so that I can create the duplicator without the image files?

Also could you try re-creating the view ? This might help to resolve the issue.
