As someone who has been using the toolset for years, I must first express my satisfaction with the tool. It's excellent and truly offers a plethora of features. I say this with authority, as senior developer, given my extensive experience with many other add-ons and developing my own.
I'm reaching out regarding a significant issue I've encountered, one that I've been unable to resolve. On the page hidden link, I have a real estate offer and an AJAX filter that works perfectly. However, the problem arises when the properties are filtered based on certain criteria; the URL changes to hidden link.
While the filter continues to function, attempting to refresh the page in the browser results in an error. I've tried using the default theme and deactivating some plugins, but I haven't identified any flaws. This issue has been persisting for some time. Given that I use Elementor, I wonder if the problem lies in compatibility with Elementor or if there's something else at play?
I encounter the same problem on several other sites, all of which are also built with Elementor.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Really glad to know that you are one of the happiest and mostly satisfied customer Toolset ever has. We always appreciate your feedback and that helps the product to grow and really encourage us as well.
Regarding the issue you reported - This is really strange issue and no other user reported such yet.
I've created the following sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the following link:
- hidden link
With the above site - I installed the Elementor plugin and created a test page and added the view widget and view is set to filter with AJAX as you can see with the following link but I do not able to see the issue:
- hidden link
- Have you tried disabling all plugins one by one and check with only Toolset and Elementor plugin active?
You can setup your test view with above sandbox site and try to reproduce the issue and send me steps to reproducer the issue that will greatly appreciated.
Can you please try few more things:
- What if you try to add the same view to a page where Elementor is not used?
- What if you try to create a brand new view and check with same configuration and check if that works?
I copy web site on dev server, and now everything works perfect on dev server.
Is it possible that there might be some caching in the toolset or some queries that could potentially interfere with this redirection on the live site, given that everything worked fine after copying the site? Of course, I can provide access to the live site for you to check, but it's essentially the same site, on more or less the same environment.
If its working on the staging site where you try to copy the site there is not much I can help you there.
But what if you try to create a folder on your live site and try to add another copy of the same site to that folder like you did for staging site and check the results?
