Hi there

It's difficult to see why that page loads slowly without seeing how it is set up as well as using some debugging tools.

Would it be possible to get access to your site to take a closer look? Note, it would be preferable to be able to test a staging version of the site instead of the production site, if possible.

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete.

And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Hi there,

I did a test on the page in question and found out that there are very big images loading there which I do not think it is related to the map.

Here are a few that I can show you which have more than 500kb in size which is too big and that is the main reason you have a slow page:

Those are somehow I think related to a pop up maybe? Anyway, that does not seem to be related to Toolset Maps and you need to check the other sections of the website that cause such huge images to load on that page.

I use Robin image optimizer so images should not be too big. I do not understand why any images would load on this page other than those in the header and footer and the map . I will check page source and try and locate what causes them to load since they are not being shown.
Again I did not receive any email alert that there has been a reply to this ticket.

Do you think if I remove images from the map pop up it will help?
If so where would I do that?

OK I removed images from the view and it loads better now. I think that this issue is solved. I don't need images in the map pop ups.

I have a better understanding of this now.
I tried to remove the images and the addresses from the map popups.
I also tried to resize the popup because I no longer needed the width and height.
So in 'all therapist pins' view I changed the therapistpopup class to therapistpopup1 and added style in the CSS box. I also added
.therapistpopup1 . viewmorebtn to show the more info link as a button.
I did manage to achieve this but then SOME OF THE POP UPS HAD NO INFO IN AND JUST THE CLOSE ICON even though they must all have names and the more info link is still coded in the popup. Many / most of the popups worked as expected and popped up with just name and the 'more info' button.
Could you please guide me to achieving map popups on the 'show all map' with just name and more info buttons with auto sizing.

I checked the page and it seems way faster and doing ok.

I tried a few pop ups and they also seems to be working correctly.

It seems you managed to handle the issue.

But if there is a particular section that you need help please give me instructions to be able to see and I might come up with a solution.
