I am trying to:

Edit the 360 Sports page. The page has Toolset elements and views on it.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

hidden link

I expected to see:

All page elements load in and editing capabilities working smoothly and quickly.

Instead, I got:

The page takes up to a minute to load all elements. Clicking around to edit text/images takes many seconds for elements to become active and editable. Firefox seems to be faster, but Chrome is very slow. The 360 Sports page seems to be the one that takes the longest.

I know the new Toolset release will include a fix for the Save button greying out as well. For now, we have been using the workaround. Is there an ETA on the next Toolset release?

Thank you!

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Somehow the private access details you shared with your initial reply is not available.

Can you please send me admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

The site you shared seems to be production site and we do not recommond to debug on live site.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict with the plugins/theme you use.

What if you first create a staging site that should be 1:1 copy of your production site and with the staging/test/sandbox site:

First:
- Update all plugins/theme to latest version

I see with the problem page you shared - it involved number of third-party blocks:
- hidden link

What if you try replace the core image block with the Toolset image block where possible with your staging site.

Then,

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?

Hi Minesh,

You can log into the staging site using the same credentials here: hidden link

It seems to me that the following plugins is responsible for the slow page load:
- Scripts n Styles
- Simple History

In addition to that, you are using few plugins but Toolset offers such feature.

Like you are using gallery and image blocks but you can display gallery and image using Toolset blocks as well:

You are using Font Awesome plugin but Toolset offers settings at:
=> Toolset => Settings => General tab => Font Awesome

What if you try to deactivate the plugins "Scripts n Styles" and "Simple History" and check if that help you to resolve your issue.

Hi Minesh,

Thank you for this information! Deactivating the Scripts n Styles plugin seems to have fixed things. I will verify with my team and close this ticket if they confirm it is working.
