This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue was that the user had types 3.0 installed and wasn't able to update their plugins.
Solution:
This was an issue with the installer on version 3.0 of Types so you will need to perform a manual installation of the Types plugin.

Hello,
Previously we opened tickets regarding the custom sorting of orders within a view for a kitchen display screen. We were able to achieve this on the staging website and are now ready to move it to the production website at hidden link
However, when I created a new View and tried to add it to the page orderpantry.com/index.php/div-search/, it caused a HTTP 500 ERROR. I can confirm no such issue occurs on the staging website when we change the different views.
I thought this could be an outdated plugins issue and began updating the theme and plugins. However, we ran into errors trying to update Toolset Type to 3.1.2 and View to 2.6.4.2. I've attached a screenshot of the Toolset update page below.
The production site is running on WordPress 4.9.8, WooCommerce 3.4.6. and Child of X Theme 6.3.6.
Can we please have this resolve? We need to implement that KDS sorting ASAP, before Wednesday October 17. Thank you.
