Tell us what you are trying to do?

If we create a page to show a view for a post type similar to this one hidden link which is somehow an archive showing all listings for this post type.

Is it still compulsory to create an archive template too based on this requirement? hidden link

Won't this means that I will have 2 archive page in this case? If it is compulsory to have an archive template anyway, since my main listings are on the URL hidden link should I use the same URL for the archive or use a different URL for the archive?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

N/A

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Actually its on you, if you do not wish to have archive page, you can just disable the archive for that post type by editing your post type. You can navigate to:
=> Toolset => Post types => Edit post types => disable the has_archive option
