[Resolved] Out of Date Plugins

This support ticket is created 5 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

As far as I can see those are the normal warnings as pluginis do not have any updates since long. There should not be any issue.

But they show as having updates... I can't get them to update... what is the issue?

You should go to your Plugins page and click of the "Registered" link available with the Toolset Types plugin and from there you should update your plugins.

I did the steps you gave me - even to the point of adding the WS-CONFIG line with my key and I still get this error when I try the step shown in the attached image.

Thats really strange. Can you please share access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
