Tell us what you are trying to do?
Upgrading Toolset Types failed. Downloaded 3.4.1, and installed. Got an message saying "you're using an unregistered version..". Our license expires 12/18. Please advise. Thank you.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi Maysam,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you try re-registering your plugins by removing and regenerating your product license and let me know if the issue still remains ?

Also your plugins should still function even if the key is expired. You can follow the instructions in the link below in order to do the re-registering.

Thanks,
Shane

Thank you. We normally test the upgrade on a test site first, and then move to production. We found the site key in our account, and it is linked to our test site. Can we use this key when moving to production? Thanks.

Hi Maysam,

Thank you for doing these checks.

Given that the production environment will have a different URL then you will need to register it with a different key.

Thanks,
Shane

Does this mean we need to buy a separate license or just register the production URL? Thank you so much for your quick response.

Hi Maysam,

You won't need to, what you can do is to regenerate a key for your production site and let the test site go without a key.

In any instance as long as you have an active subscription you can download the plugin updates manually from our site below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

The plugins will continue to function normally even without the key. The key is to ensure that you can do the automatic updates.

Thanks,
Shane
