OTGS Installer doesn't activate in Wordpress 6.2 and I cannot manually download

This support ticket is created 2 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

Hi, I am trying to setup views in Toolset, but this requires an additional module, and OTGS Installer plugin will not activate. When I try to download block editor from your website, it gives an error. The same when trying to download Toolset Types ver 3.4.19 (I have ver 3.4.18 installed, which doesn't show an available update)

Is there any documentation that you are following?
