[Resolved] Only 3 Toolset Blocks are shown: content template, form and view

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Trying to get started with toolset, but not all blocks are there. I'm using the blocks editor and 2026 theme without any other plugins so there shouldn't be a conflict.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Where do you see only three blocks - can you please share bit more detail and also share problem URL and admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

This is indeed strange.

I checked on your install and I can see the issue.

I created the following sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the following link:
- hidden link

I try to check with the above brand new sandbox site and strange thing is that I do not able to reproduce the issue.

Then I try to check on my local machine and indeed again strange, I can able to reproduce the issue and see only three blocks avvailable.

I've escalated the issue in front of our next level support. Please hold on for further update.

Ok - We spot the issue and we fix it.

Can you please deactivate and delete the current Toolset Blocks plugin from your plugins page and then try to download the Toolset Blocks plugin from your account's download page and activate it.

That will help you to fix the issue.

Alternatively, you can also deactivate and delete the current Toolset Blocks plugin and then navigate to:
- Plugins => Add Plugin => click on the "Commercial" tab and move to "Toolset - Plugins for WordPress development" section and then install and activate the Toolset Blocks plugin using the installer.
