Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
That is really strange and I can notice that it could be due to the apostrophe available in your address field.
Can you please share admin access details and let me see whats going wrong with your setup.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
It seems there is really issue with either your setup or something is blocking with that specific request.
When I try to display the same address with test site it does work without any issue.
Here is the sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the following link:

Here is the post which I've setup with the address you are using: Ar'ar St 14, Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut, 7177076, Israel
=> hidden link
Here is the content template that displays the single post of that post type (Student post type in this case):
=> hidden link
- As you can see I've tried to add both map block and map shortcode and with both way its working.
And as you can see on frontend the map is working just fine:

- Can you please check there is no blocking for that specific map request.
- Can you please make sure the google map API key is working
- Can you please try to delete the same address which is available in map address cache and then try to save the post and check if that helps
