Whilst this bug was fixed for Types, I am still getting the problem for all other toolset plugins, ie Access, Cred, Cred Commerce, Views and Woocommerce Views

Hi Jill

Just from looking at your screenshot, Types itself is showing the register link, meaning that your site is not registered, which is why all of the other plugins are displaying the "You must have a valid susbscription" notice.

Can you click the register link for Types and go ahead and register your site.

If there is a problem registering the site then let me know.

It IS registered and has been since February 2015!

When clicking on register it only gave me the option to UNREGISTER! No opportunity to add the key yet again.

So, I clicked on UNREGISTER. I then clicked to register but in the upgrade this feature has gone backwards!! It used to automatically register the domain and show the key - now it just takes you to the website, you have to then click on sites and then manually input the domain. Having done this I get the message that the domain is already registered!!! But this time I was able to enter the key back on my site.

This is the same for ALL my sites that have toolset on. The types plugin is ok and states that it is registered, the others all say it is unregistered but does not allow you to register. So it looks like I will have to go through ALL my sites, unregister the plugins and then reregister them!

This is obviously a bug

Hi Jill

I just checked this on an older test site of mine with slightly out-of-date plugins that is registered. Updating Types to 2.2.23 didn't fix the messages for the other plugins, and clicking the register link took me to the usual commercial tab, but the list of Toolset plugins was missing, even though the site is clearly registered.

So, I can confirm the problem and am escalating this issue.

However, you can resolve the issue pretty simply, by just clicking the Check for Updates button. Then the list of plugins re-appears and the register site messages are gone.

Still, that's not what's intended, and we'll fix it.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Jill

I'm updating here to check if you have tried using the Check for Updates button to see if that fixes your issue.

Thanks Nigel. Yes it did, although I did have to click on the Updates button several times for a couple of sites, but it eventually worked.
