We do not have any official integration with plugin "Object Cache Pro" I can see all the code snippets are become active even though there were inactive. As a workaround either you should deactivate all code snippets by just checkmark the checkbox and deactivate it.
Well you don’t really need to integrate with the plugin all the plugin does is enable the cache of Redis’s object caching a widely used object cache and actively pushed by WP now.
Also I think you misunderstood the issue, the issue is that they are randomly becoming deactivated, the only way to fix is to clear the Redis object cache but then it can happen again randomly in the future.
As a workaround, you can use the "Code Snippets" plugin and move your all code snippets added to Toolset's Custom Code section to this plugin and that would be better.

This is because even if we debug and we do not know how the "object-cache-pro" plugin author will be co-operate and how long it will take to add a fix if the fix needs to be added to "object-cache-pro" plugin.
