[Resolved] Notifications to "author" not working properly

This support ticket is created 7 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,
I have set up a form with notifications to "Author".
The notifiaction is sent OK, but there is an error message after submission.
If I disable the notification, or if I send it to a specific address, there is no bug.
Please activate private field so I can send you URL.

It's a little window on top of chrome explorer saying "There was an error while submitting the form". That's all.

The form is another one, and only is available once for each "demande" CPT. For instance this "demande" hasn't have an answer yet, so you see the form at the bottom of the page : /demande/vidange/

Hi Roman,

Does the form have this behaviour if you were to regenerate it with all the fields of that CPT and not just the observations field ?

I suspect that the missing fields are causing this issue.
