Hello

My problem is with the toolset forms.
I'm trying to notify the user whenever a form is created or updated.

In the latest version of Toolset Forms 2.0 the notifications won't work at all, not even the test emails won't work, throwing AJAX error 500

If I'm using the previous version of Toolset Forms 2.0-RC3 , the notifications work but only partially.
Trying to send an email notification in the case one user custom field changed fails even the notification sent when creating a user works.

Can anybody help me with that issue or, at least, tell me what is the best CRED version to use to have all notifications working?

Hi Cristian,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

This is strange, could you try again with the test mail but with all the non-toolset plugins disabled ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane

Unfortunately, I've tried that already.
For example, I can give you admin access to a website where I have Toolset Forms 2.0-RC3 and where notifications don't work on the edit user form but work on the create user form. That drives me crazy 🙂

Can you please take a look if I send you the credentials?

Cristian

Hi Cristian,

Sure however is this a site where I can carry out testing without affecting anything that is live or in production ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane

The site is backed up and it is not launched. It is in production

Hi Cristian,

I think there might be something wrong when you try to update through the backend.

Could you download the files manually and upload them overwriting the previous plugin version ?

Hello Shane
You can check now.
I've manually installed latest cred version.
Now all the notifications are broken

Hi Cristian,

Just to ensure that this is not a plugin conflict could you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and trying again ?

Thanks,
Shane

I think that the notifications documentation may be improved.
Especially the part that is related with the field-changed trigger.
