For some reason the exact bit of your screenshot that I need to see if obscured.
It should look like I have it in my screenshot.
Does it? And yet the posts are not being ordered by title?
I would suggest as a first step you turn on debugging for Views (at Toolset > Settings > Front-end Content) and then check the wpv_filter_query arguments to see what is set for orderby and, if needs be, look at the SQL query to see what is actually being used when querying the database.
If the Views arguments are correct but the SQL query is wrong then there may be something conflicting with the query, and you should run a conflict test to identify whether changing your theme or disabling non-Toolset plugins fixes the issue.
Let me know what you find so I can see how to proceed.
