[Closed] No templates attached after switching off plugin

This support ticket is created 4 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, after turning toolset blocks plugon off and on, I've lost templates connections, is there any way to connect existing templates back?

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

If the content templates still exist then you should be able to go to Toolset -> Content templates and then edit the template and re-assign it to the Post Type that they belong to.

Under the Usage section you can re-assign the template back to the post type.

If you're not seeing your content template please let me know and provide me with admin access so that I can take a further look into this one for you.
