No results after adding a filter

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: see results on the custom search page

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: The page used to show all the unfiltered posts on load and then winnow the results based on the filters. I added one filter and now no results show, even if I comment out the new filter. I'd like to get this search page working again so that results show.

Instead, I got: no items found text

I recreated the page and it is mostly working now. One issue I'm still having is that filter options are appearing for which there are no results. This used to work that only filter options that would produce a result appeared on the page. It would also remove filters which become no-result filters as others were selected. Why isn't it working this way anymore and what can I do to fix it?
