I am trying to: Allow guests to submit the form at hidden link

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the form

Instead, I got: permission denied

I provide a screenshot that shows how I attempted to enable Guest access to the form.
At the top of the form page itself, I get the message 'This content type is not currently managed by the Access plugin. To be able to add it to Post Group, first go to the Access admin and allow Access to control it.' I guess I'm not sure how to follow that instruction since my effort in the attached screenshot didn't work.

Hi Christina,

I checked on this for you and noticed that I was able to see the form without logging in.

Were you able to resolve this issue ?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

I've just had a report of another form that an Editor is not able to access. Seems like the same issue and we haven't encountered this one previously. As an Admin, I am able to access both forms.

Hi Christina,

However as Guests i'm able to see both form.

Are you able to provide me with an editor account to see whats happening ?

Thanks,
Shane

Thanks, Shane. Soon after you replied, I also started being able to see the form at the link I sent you even when I was logged out. So, that issue is resolved.

In trying to track down the problem with Editor's loosing access to another form, I found this thread that describes my problem exactly: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/toolset-edit-post-link-link-only-visible-to-admins-recent-creations-only/

Only, I can't understand the solution that is described there.

This problem -- Editors can't see [toolset-edit-post-link] to an Add Post form when there are additional [toolset-edit-post-link]s to Edit Post forms on the same page -- seems to be unrelated to the guest access. In that case, do you want me to start a new thread?

Hi Christina,

Yes I would recommend marking this one as resolved and opening a new thread with a good description of the issue so that it can be handled there.

Thanks,
Shane
