[Resolved] Newly created user form not visible even if access settings are correct

This support ticket is created 2 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The video here shows the issue - hidden link

Two newly created edit user forms are not visible with the Toolset elemenor widget.

The old user edit forms work just fine.

What could I be missing?

I see you shared the video while you building the template using Elementor from backend. The Edit form is not displaying on backend or it's not working on frontend as well?

That is strange. Can you please show me how the old user form is added.

Please share working edit form link and not working edit form link as well as admin access details and front-end user access details for which you want to display the edit form.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
