Site ivfa.org was built 7 years ago, using Google Maps. Now that you have made OpenStreetMap available, I have switched. Everything that was on the maps before, appears to be OK. However, I have added a new marker, and it is not appearing as expected.

I am using a "Departments" custom post type, which has a relationship with the "Districts" CPT.

hidden link - single post for the Department, with map marker. All is good here.

hidden link - list of all departments in District 14, with map at bottom. The department shows up in the list view but does not show up in the Map view. (These are 2 separate Views.)

hidden link - list of all departments statewide, with map at bottom. Once again the department shows up in the list view but does not show up in the Map view. (These are 2 separate Views.)

I have tried displaying the marker by entering the street address, and also by applying the Lat/Long. It's fine on the single post but does not show up on the Views that include other departments.

I have tried the options under Cached Data in Toolset Settings but that hasn't made any difference.

It could be that I am missing something simple, but I am not certain of this.

Thank you for your help.
Matt

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please send me admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
