[Resolved] New user does not receive email with credentials; error using notification email

This support ticket is created 5 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Using Toolset Forms 2.3.1
Something wrong with email field for new user.
See attached image.
New user does not get email. How to repair this?

Hi Bernard,

This is actually a known issue and our development team has fixed this in our Forms version 2.3.2

Unfortunately I cannot give an estimate as to when this version update will be released.
