My site stopped working, so I upgraded to a new version of toolset, and now I'm getting some error about needing to create template pages to display my custom type posts. There is an embedded video on how to do this, but the video says it's unavailable.
I'm just trying to display my existing content that has worked for years. Please help me fix this.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please tell me what is not working exactly?

Have you updated Toolset and WordPress to latest version?

Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

You may share few screenshot and tell me what exactly not working and once I review the information you shared I will be able to guide you in the right diretion.

The custom types seem to show up in wordpress, but they don't know up when I visit them directly on the webpage. It's like some sort of indexing is broken, or wordpress can't deal with the custom types any more.

Yes, everything is on the latest version.

The debug info has been included, please let me know if you have it. I've attached two screenshots showing an example of a post that should be visible, and which I can edit, but I get a 404 error when I try to go to the post directly via its permalink or the "view" link in the post editor. This is a custom type in toolset called "active standards", but all of my custom post types are acting the same way.

That is really strange.

Can you please navigate to:
=> Settings => Permalinks and try to re-save the permalinks and check if that help you to resolve your issue.

If that does not help:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference? if no:

I will require admin access details in order to investigate this issue further.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
