I am trying to: Register toolset, but says key is invalid

I checked this and I see where the site has been registered.

Could you delete it from your registered sites and then try to re-register the site once more and let me know if this helps?

Nope. Still won't work. I've tried it both for secure site and not secure.
Does that make a difference?

I can't update the plugins until I get it registered. For some reason I have this issue everytime I add a new site.

I've deleted and tried it again. No luck.

OK I deleted browsing history and see the new key and with no www in front of the name. So it worked now.
So please explain what I need to do for future. Will it not work if we just use hidden link which is what most will enter and I do too.
Can it work for all instances of the domain name?

Hi Lisa,

Was your domain name created with the www ? In most cases the www isn't required to when creating the site key.

Also when visiting the site and the www isn't present in the url bar then the site won't be able to validate.
