Hello all,
I am experiencing a new blocking issue when adding View and Button Toolset blocks to any page. The one you see in the attached picture is a new page. The blocks can be added and the page can be saved, then I get the message "This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.". In the Button this happens when trying to open the Style Settings section. In the View block the message appears immediately. The issue doesn't seem to be related if the block is inside or outside a Kadence block. All previously added Views and Buttons work fine unless I try to change something. I have tested some other Toolset blocks (Field&Text, Image, Youtube, Form, Heading) and they all seem to work fine.
I think this might be related to the recent WP 6.2 editor update. Pls let me know if I can help you further.
Kind regards
Nicola

Hi Nicola,

Please follow the steps below:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Click the "Check for Updates" button.
- Update Toolset and its addons there.

Thanks.

Hello Christopher,
thanks for the suggestion the issues are gone. Actually I thought to run the latest Toolset version already because I have auto-updates on, that seems not to be working as expected, it means that I always need to update manually to be sure to run the most recent version ? thanks
Regards
Nicola

Hi Nicola,

The automatic update option works for plugins that are downloaded from wordpress.org.

For the other plugins you always need to check for updates. We usually send a message to WordPress Dashboard > Updates

But there might be times that some servers prevent the message for some reason.

Anyways, if there is an issue you are experiencing with Toolset first thing first is to check if there is. anew version available or not by clicking the "Check for Updates" button in WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (tab)

Thanks.
