This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Nested views creation is not supported at the moment. - Toolset Blocks
Solution:
Nested view blocks are not supported when you create your view/archive in block mode.
In this case, you will have to switch to Classic Views where you can use the nested views.
