Custom pages and taxonomies isn't available at that page: /wp-admin/nav-menus.php

It's only available in nav menu edit live preview mode (/wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus%5Bpanel%5D=nav_menus&return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fnav-menus.php), but in that mode it shows taxonomies without hierarchy with sorted by title terms which is impossible to use because I have giant taxonomy trees (continents/countries/states/cities). Suppose it's a question to the WP core functionality, not Toolset plugins, but maybe you know how to fix it?
