Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Thank you for sharing video. Based on the video I'm not sure whats going wrong with your setup.
Can you please tell me what exactly the problem you are facing as its not clear from the video you shared or I may missed something important that should I understand by watching the video. Can you please send me problem URL and admin access details.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I checked the following page is the development archive page: hidden link
Can you please tell me what exactly is not working on frontend as I do not see the map block with the development archive which I can see in your video. Can you please clarify whats not working exactly on what link with your expected results.
I could not able to access the login link now. Can you please send me admin access details so that I can check further.

I checked the page now and I can see no gallery is gets displayed on the following post:
- hidden link
The reason is if you see the above page source the gallery HTML is added to to post but somehow it changes the image (img) tag to anchor (a) tag and hence the gallery is not get displayed.
I see the single post is build using the following content template that uses Toolset blocks as well as Kadence blocks as well:
- hidden link
In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict between the third party plugins/theme you are using.
You can create a staging site and perform the following test:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
I can see the issue and the issue is if you have slider block added before the gallery block then gallery block does not work.
As you may noticed with the following URL:
- hidden link
You are displaying the slider block at top of the page and then at bottom of the page you are displaying the gallery block. I've reported the issue to our next level support, please hold on for further updates.
One workaround would be you can display the gallery block first and then try to add the slider block.
