[Resolved] Multistep Search View

This support ticket is created 4 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I would create a multistep search view/form to help user find a post/product like a wizard.

Can you help me to have a multipage search form.
I think it could made via search view's triggers

As you can see with our Doc:

You can either add a custom search view to a page/post or content template or Layouts or build a custom search view using blocks. The custom search view has two parts, search form and search results which you can manipulate having said that either you can add custom search form and results to a different part of the same page or add search form to one page and search result on a different page but there is no way to have such search wizard search form.

The only thing I can tell you at the moment is there is no such feature and you can file a new feature request using the following form - our product manager will review it.
