Multiple select deactivated when using toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When Toolset is active on my WordPress installation I can no longer selct multiple items when clicking the top checkbox, not on pages or plug-ins or anywhere else. How can I fix this?

Hi there,

Would you please deactivate all Toolset plugins and activate the Toolset plugins one by one and tell us exactly which plugin is causing the issue for you?

I wanted to do that on the website you gave the info but I am not sure if it is a live website or a staging website.

It’s not really closed, but I read that this issue is known and the developers already try to fix it.
