I'm trying to add a view with Multiple Post Types and selecting WooCommerce Products and a custom post type (see screenshot multipleposttypes.png). However, when I add items to the View Loop (such as heading, image, single field, etc), I can't select the custom post type. It will only let me select "Current Product" (see dynamicdata.png) or "Other Post" but if i select Other Post, it wants me to select a specific post.
As such, i have TWO views on my page (one for products and one for the custom post type).

But when someone uses the filters to filter the custom post type items, the WooCommerce view remains and its confusing for the user. I'd like the user to be able to see both these content types in one view and be able to search and filter both these types together. Is this possible? I'm feeling i don't understand the "Allow Multiple Post Types" option based on these issues.
Hi there,
As different post types may have unique features, it is not recommended to filter them all at once. After reviewing your page, I recommend using two separate views as a better approach.
I checked your page that has the two views.
Rather than focusing on changing the data-related information, I suggest that you consider the aesthetics of the website. For instance, you can use the Grid block to create a sidebar and add the products view to it.
This way, the custom post types view will appear at the top of the screen alongside the custom search and filters. As viewers filter their search criteria, the results will update in real-time without the need to scroll down. Additionally, the sidebar will remain visible to showcase products, making it easy for visitors to view them at any time.
Thank you.
