Multiple issues with two CRED forms rendered via PHP

This support ticket is created 6 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Issues:
1) The first of two CRED forms works. The second form does not work.
2) Upon trying to submit the second form, the second form is the only one rendered upon page refresh/redirect -- so Form #2755 is first and Form #2757 is second: Form 2755 isn't loaded at all and Form 2757 is loaded twice

Notes:
- Doesn't matter if form is Ajax or not
- Doesn't matter which form is first. Issue is replicated
- CRED version 2.1.2

Hi Shane is on holiday this week but I wanted to follow up and let you know Forms 2.2.1.1 is now available for automatic update or download. Please update all Toolset plugins to their latest versions and let me know if the problem is not completely resolved. Thanks for your patience.
