Tell us what you are trying to do?
I created the hemirace.com site in 2012 using the then free Toolset Types plugin. This site is complex and has worked flawlessly for years.

When the site finally broke last week (when updating to php v 8.4), I then purchased the Toolset suite, yet I can't get the site to call the functions and custom post types.

I would rather simply update the current theme with the correct calls, than redesign the entire site in the middle of the race season. We are planning on that in the off season.

Currently I have individual single-customPostType.php files as well as category-customPostType.php and archive-customPostType.php files, but they aren't returning the custom posts. I assume there is syntax that changed, and I'd love to learn what the correct calls are so I can update this site.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

I can't find anything relating to this as the site was built more than a decade ago.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - you were using really old version of plugins and there were many major updates with post-relationshps and other entities.

In order to help you further I need a staging site where I can see the issue as well as admin access details.

You can share the links where you have issue with and what exactly is not working and what is your expected results.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
