Move registration from staging site to live site

This support ticket is created 4 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have built my site using a subdomain, and soon i will need to move it to live on a totally different domain name. I have registered the site under the staging server. After moving it to live, how do i transfer my Toolset registration over to the new site?
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

You can head to https://toolset.com/account/sites/ once you migrated the site.
There, delete any subscription for any site you do not need anymore.
In your old (staging) site, in your-site.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial, click "unregister Toolset form this site" as well if not done already.

Then, in the new site, just click (in the same screen your-site.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial) on "Register Toolset for this site".
It'll guide you thru the known registering process and that will then enable updates and support for that site.
