module for messaging system

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I import Toolset messaging module and get 1 cpt, 3 views, 2 forms and a content template- Message.
I do not know when and where to use this content template. I have read the documents, but do not find how to use it.
Please help Thanks.

You could follow this tutorial:

The content template would hold the View with messages, so you could just insert, or apply that Content Template to any page, and visit that page as a user.
Then you'd see your messages, or corresponding Information on-screen when you have no messages yet.
