Mobile menu not opening on page with view

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

if im logged into admin area than mobile menu works.

if not logged in than clicking on hamburger menu does nothing.

Also on same page the jump-to-top doesn't display and shortcodes for other plug-in widgets don't work.

I'm using astra theme and pro add-on. i removed unused plug-ins and tested with default 2020 theme.

Thank you for getting in touch.

I see in your website console that a Javascript error is being thrown by the sitegrounds plugin.

Can you try disabling this plugin and let me know if this issue still remains.
