Mixed Content Warning for Layouts CSS Editor File

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to:
When I look at the page with the Chrome Inspector I get an mixed content warning.

I visited this URL:
hidden link

I expected to see:
no content warning

Instead, I got:

Mixed Content: The page at 'hidden link' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'hidden link'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
