I am trying to:
Load a reCaptcha on a Toolset user registration form

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
The simple registration form with reCatpcha (formerly working)

Instead, I got:
The broken regsitration form with no reCaptcha (cannot submit form), and the following browser error:

Mixed Content: The page at '<em><u>hidden link</u></em>' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource '<em><u>hidden link</u></em>..&hl=en&v=iSHzt4kCrNgSxGUYDFqaZAL9&size=normal&cb=97l1z2m6d303'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

It seems the Google reCaptcha form is being requested over plain HTTP and not HTTPS.

Hi, that's unusual, I'm not able to reproduce the same mixed content error on a local test site so I wonder if something else is going on. Is it possible to test with all non-Toolset plugins deactivated and a default theme like Twenty Twenty active? I would like to know if there is some conflict between Toolset and another system.

Hey Christian,

Thanks for your reply -- I thought I'd tested all plugins thoroughly, but sure enough you're right. The SmartCrawl SEO plugin from WPMUDEV seems to be the conflicting plugin. I've reached out to their support, as well, to see what's up. Do you mind if we keep this thread open for a day or so while I work with them?

Thanks very much.
