[Resolved] Missing the menu “Access Control” for forms

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I would like to adjust permissions and access for Forms, but I cannot find the Access Control menu item under the main Toolset menu in wp-admin.

Solution: Access Control is part of a separate plugin called Toolset Access. Install and activate the Toolset Access plugin to enable Access Control.

Missing Access Control Toolset menu.jpg

I am trying to: Edit the Frontend access for Post Forms

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: The menu is not present on my Admin WordPress using Kadence theme

I expected to see: The Menu Toolset "Access Control" below "Relationships" menu

Instead, I got: It is not there

Hello, Access Control is part of a separate plugin that must be installed on your site, called Toolset Access. I checked your site's debug information and this plugin does not appear to be installed, or is perhaps installed but inactive. Can you verify the Toolset Access plugin is installed and active? If not, to install Access you can go to wp-admin > Plugins > Add New, then click the Commercial tab. Scroll down to the Toolset installer panel and you can automatically install Access here. Otherwise, you can download the Access plugin from your account here at https://toolset.com/account/downloads, and install it in wp-admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload plugin.

If the plugin is already installed on your site but for some reason not working as expected, please try deactivating the plugin and deleting it first in wp-admin > Plugins, then reinstall a fresh copy of Access you download from https://toolset.com/account/downloads

If you are still unable to use Access Control after installing or reinstalling the Access plugin, I will be glad to take a closer look. Let me know what you find out.
