I am trying to run a relationships migration to get the custom field groups function to work, like this:

I'm currently using the migration wizard, but it's taking forever to "scan for usages of legacy relationsip code that might cause backward compatibility issues. "
This is a really big site. Lots of content and lots of Views, Templates, Post Types.
I have my server set to allow things to run indefinitely, so hopefully it won't time out, but is there any other way of running this migration to get to where I need to be.
