Migrate web site

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We do WordPress development, but we are not familiar with Toolset as a tool for building web sites. We have a client who wants us to take over the hosting for the web site , hidden link. We have the admin login for that site. We are trying to migrate the site to our server.

We purchased the Toolset plugin from you, but we need to help in migrating the site. Can you help? My programmers sent the following message:

We Added the toolset plugin and tried to import the data in new server. Toolset imports the custom fields and custom post type is the only section that appears. Some of the files do not appear (themes files, plugin files and database). Please provide the cpanel or give some instruction to migrate.
